I want to first thank everyone who had reached out to send thoughts, prayers, and get well wishes. Reading your messages lifts my spirits and I'm grateful for the awesome community.

I'm definitely starting to feel the effects of the accident and given that I had brain surgery a long time ago, I have to make sure everything is checked out. My car can be replaced... but this meat chassis is one of a kind.

​

Speaking of the car... the picture alone says enough. I spent most of the day speaking with claim and medical adjusters on both sides. Made my head spin all day like Beetlejuice. So, I've sought help to tackle that obstacle and just focus on my physical recovery.

​

Lastly, and sadly, I have to make the announcement that Last Ride Tacos will be out of commission until further notice. This was a tough call to make but I know I can't be the Taco Reaper while I'm not at 100%. As much as I want to come out to events, sling tacos, put to rest your hunger pangs, and see you all, I can't put myself at risk, physically, during this vulnerable time.

Cris, the kids, and myself will still try and come out to events to show support just as much as you all have come out to support us. I'm truly and deeply grateful to be part of this amazing community.
